Problem with opening the app

For some reason i couldn’t open the app it said restarting the phone should help i tried multiple times nothing helped then i re-installed the app and i couldn’t log into my account (the one i am writing with rn) then i made a new account and for some reason i joined as this account and now my review cards are at 0… my progress is at 0.24% now too cuz i clicked rndm answers n my streak also broke (that’s less of a problem) @Raghda

I have the same problem. I went to open up my app and it came up with error, failed to load user data. I tried resetting my phone but that didn’t work. I also tried deleting the app and reinstalling and no change.


Any chance this can be sorted because my streak is at 203 days i think and don’t won’t to lose that streak.

Assalamualaikum. We’re about to release an update with a fix. inshaAllah it should be live on the app store in a day or two. Once you get it let me know and we’ll restore your streak inshaAllah.

Alhamdulillah i don’t have the problem anymore mine was on android tho

The app is working now but my streak is at 0 zero now, it hasn’t been restored to its original streak which was I think about 203 days I think. Any chance you can fix this please.
