As-Salam Alaykum. My app has been frozen since about Friday. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it, but nothing has worked. Can you please help with this? Also, is it possible to save my streak?

Mine is frozen too. I see the kalaam’s loader logo and nothing happens.
I’ve tried the following:
Deleted cache
Deleted cache + data
Reinstalled - on reinstalling, i saw the onboarding and login flow, but once I was logged in, the same issue

As-salamu-alaikum-wa-rahma-tullahi-wa-baraka-tu, I’ve also been having the same issue for the last 2 weeks aswell.
The only way for me to get around it is to open and close the app multiple times.
Walaikum salam @Jahanzaib1 . Any updates? It almost feels like I lost some data. My streak reset and the words I’m getting are very old ones like ‘la’, ‘3ala’,..

Assalamu alaykum. My app has also become frozen for the past few days but I don’t know why. It gets stuck on the screen after the Kalaam logo shows up stopping me from doing it. Please can you look into this because I don’t want to lose my streak. Jazak Allahu khayrun.
My app is also frozen on the loading screen. The opening animation plays and then nothing else happens after that.
Salam, apologies for the app freeze issue you’ve been experiencing. We recently identified a bug that may have been causing this for some users. it will be fixed in the upcoming update, Insha’Allah.
Thank you the issue has been fixed for me now but I have lost my streak that was roughly 60 days long. Please can that be updated?

Got the same issue of frozing…
