Assalamualaikum i have been using kalam for the past few days without missing it alhumdulilah but yesterday though I used the app thrice MY STREAK WAS BROKEN DUE TO MALFUNCTIONIONG OF THE APP could you please look into to it and bring back my streak because it was a huge motivational factor for me

Its not resolved in my end. I still have my streak broke, and it broke twice already now! Or maybe 3 times I lost count!

We’ve checked on our end, and your current streak appears to be intact at 11 days. Everything seems to be functioning as expected from our side.
Yea? The 11 days would be my second glitch. I did not report it because I am just so done with your glitches.
But thank you for at least putting my current strike back.
It’s a free app to learn the Quran and even if there are still some glitches the app still does its job so glitches aren’t truly a problem if you are still learning what you should be. It’s a small developer team and apps are bound to have glitches since coding and developing is extremely difficult at times, but inshallah they all are fixed with time.
