I’ve just opened my app and the app said I missed a day. However, I am absolutely sure that I’ve practiced yesterday. I did my daily words, solo challenges, leaderboard challeges, heads up, co-op etc.
This is the second time this month. The first time I assumed that it might had to do with the fact that I practiced around midnight and thus interfering with the sync processes. But this is not the case right now.
Could you please repair my streak?
This happened to me too and I had a 43 day streak.

The same thing happened to me this morning, I was 100% studying yesterday. I hope the streak can be repaired🥲

It’s now repaired when I open the app, but as soon as I open my daily lesson, it is broken again
Same here. Looked repaired, but when I did a challenge, it was not counted as a day practiced. So I did another round of new cards, and then the streak was yet again back to 1 day.
I kinda hurts, I am proud of my 309 streak; never missed a day since I started haha.
As far as I can tell, the admins are very supportive and helpful, so I assume this will be sorted out. Thanks in advace!
We experienced a technical issue on our end. Please update the app, complete your lesson to mark your attendance, and your streak should be restored, inshaAllah.

45 is the correct streak count, I checked our system.
I thought I was the only one….it happened to me twice now. The ‘update’ and ‘restart’ button keep coming whenever I open the app. I feel like you did me dirty while I was constantly active and accept everything the developers throw our way.
It happens to me every now and then. I start from scratch everytime. Never miss a day since my inscription and it never gets repaired. I just tell myself « not a problem « it is just a streak. Since it doesn’t effect my learning, I am ok. I just shrag it off
Are you sure? I want an honest streak please and I’m 99% that today should be 45 not 46.
It probably could be, or it could be that your original streak was glitched, or a bug with the app itself marking 2 days instead of one. Inshallah it is clarified but it’s not a huge difference in streak

My streak broke, so I used the repair option. It said that my streak was repaired, but my streak showed one day. So I became a supporter, and tried the repair option, but then it says no streak to repair.
Could you please look into this?
