Restart causes changes in what to learn

As salamu aleykum. Thank you for the great oportunity to learn the Quran.
I remarked a changing of what to learn repeat or new cards, every day when I close the App after learning and reopen it to compete.
Today I made some photos. There was no changing if learning time. Just closing and reopening.

Assalamualaikum. We have fixed a few of these issues recently. Can you please update to the latest version and let me know if you’re still experience issues? You can type in your native language, no need for English :slight_smile:

Wa sleykum salam,
Well, since the update I wasn‘t able to learn new words :scream: although the app shows me how many words to learn and to rewiew and me learning time did not run off.
In the past I got the new words at the beginning of the lesson. So when the App wanted to finish before time it wasn‘t that worse.
As you can see in the screenshot I haben‘t learned for 2 minutes and my session was 8 minutes/day.

Next problem: the last days I reviewed the same words and every time he tells me the words will show up next day

Assalamu alaikum, I’m struggling to understand what you mean. If English is not your native language, do you mind explaining in detail in your native language? What are you seeing and what do you expect to see?

Ok entschuldige.
Es waren 6 neue Karten zu lernen und 26 Karten zu wiederholen. Nach 1:33 Minuten hat die App das Lernen beendet. Ich hatte erst 20 von 26 Karten wiederholt und keine neue Karte gelernt. Egal ob 8 Minuten, 10 Minuten oder 20 Minuten eingestellt waren. Keine Möglichkeit neue Karten zu bekommen, weil meine Zeit abgelaufen sei.
Dies war an vielen Tagen so. Auch wenn man die App spÀter wieder öffnete blieb es so.
Erst als ich sehr viel Zeit gewĂ€hlt hatte (ich glaube es war eine Stunde) bekam ich neue Karten gezeigt. Aber dann natĂŒrlich viele :scream:

Ich hoffe, dass ich jetzt besser erklÀrt habe. :see_no_evil_monkey:

Thank you for explaining the issue in detail in German, that is very helpful! I understand now that the app is stopping your learning session too early, showing “time expired” even when you still have minutes left according to your daily limit, which prevents you from getting to the new words.

This sounds like a bug with how the daily time limit is being calculated or enforced, and we will investigate this immediately. Thanks again for providing the details and screenshots.

The bug where sessions end too early and prevent you from reaching new words should be resolved in the next app update, inshaAllah.
