Progress and New Word Learning

I am facing 2 issues.

  1. The app shows that I understand 0% of Qur’an, when in reality, I understand 99.77%. Thankfully it doesn’t ruin my review and new word learning algorithm. However, it does prevent me from taking part in daily challenges.
    1. Its been almost 15 days , and the app hasn’t given me any new words to learn. I’ve to do a separate round for learning new words.
  3. This one is a suggestion. The grammar rukes should also be included in reviews. By this I mean, the rules themselves should be reviewed, not only the rules in words.

Since the recent update, has your percentage been restored, and can you take part in daily challenges?

In terms of new words, you get them once you complete all your review words. The idea is to avoid overwhelming you with new words before you’ve completed your review rounds.

Yes, my percent has restored and I was able to take part in challenges before the issue.

And thanks, the new words now make sense :+1:

Correction:After the most recent update, no, my percent didn’t recover. I previously thought u meant the first grammar update. It was alright then, but not now

Yes, the same for me.

Update: I can now participate in challenges, but the progress graph is still at 0 percent. I’ve tried clearing app cache, but it was of no use.

A new update has been released with the fix included. Pleas test it and let us know if everything is working as expected
