App stuck at the logo screen (Internet on) and more

Salam,

I’ve heard about this app from a YouTuber, and I was up to try it. So after I downloaded the app from Playstore, with the internet on the app stuck at the logo screen before that it shows a white box, but when I turn of the internet it doesn’t stuck. Also while learning the example audio doesn’t work (online)

So in short ordered

I open the app it shows up a white box first then the logo screen get stuck (internet on)

Then if i turn off the internet I can enter the app

But while learning I can’t hear the example audios..

Sorry to hear about the app getting stuck. Please try these steps:

1. Force close the app and restart it

2. Clear the app cache in your phone settings

3. If that doesn’t work, try reinstalling the app
