The app is frozen

The app is frozen and i can’t do anything. Sometimes it lets me do a daily challange but i can’t learn any new words, read Quran or see how much of the Quran i understand. I am using an iPhone 11 iOs 18.5

Sorry to hear the app is frozen on your iPhone 11. Could you please try restarting your phone completely? If the issue persists after a restart, please try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. Your progress is saved to your account, so you won’t lose anything.

If you’re still unable to use the app after these steps, a screen recording of what’s happening would be very helpful for us to investigate.

I think it is something related to the daily review. It’s just past midnight here in Türkiye now and i realised that the app worked with no problems at all before I completed the daily review. After i completed it, as you can see in the video, i wasn’t able to use the app normally. It does let me do some stuff before freezing. After switching between the tabs for a little while, it no longer lets me click any buttons at all. Maybe it throws an exception that you didn’t think about? I don’t know much about mobile programming, but i work with C# a lot. Things like that can happen when an exception isn’t in a try catch block. If i were you, i would check what i tried to do with the boolean value of the daily review being done and what exactly throws the exception. I’m pretty sure it happens because of only one small line of code.
