Words are split in differnt lines

Assalamu Alaykum,
some words are split into several lines. I dont know if this is a feature, but it makes it hard to read. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S21.

Also is it possible to use the old version of the app? I have a lot of problems with this new version. Jazzakallahu khairan

Jazak Allahu khair for sharing. This is not a feature, some devices experience this. Will be sorted soon in sha Allah.

Can you please share what other issues you’re experiencing?

Other issues for example:

  1. After I finish my daily lesson new words are added to learn. For example today I had to review 40 words. After I finished them I now have to learn 40 new words. Since the update I have to do the daily lesson soemtimes two times.
  2. Often I cant read the whole word because they are cut off. This makes it really hard to learn
  3. The grammar rules are not really helpful for me. If I hadn’t known them beforehand, it would have been difficult to understand them. It might help to make video about the rules.
  4. Since the update there are only grammar cards. I know I have to finish them all off first but a mix of grammar cards and vocabulary would be better to make progress in both fields
  5. I don’t understand why there is always a ayah played after I finish my lesson. Sometimes you don’t expect it and then an ayah is played at full volume :smiley: for me it’s enough just to read it.

About the grammar rules, you can delay/disable it fully if it becomes too hard to remember much

About the ayah after a lesson, I think it’s just a nice addition to when you finish the lesson. I’ve noticed it usually contains words you just learned for the most part, although it probably is a big surprise if you sound is all the way up, and especially in public - maybe something could be done about this

The whole word issue has been around for a bit, I think they are currently fixing it as many people have asked

New words appear after you finish review words for the day. Will look into having to do the daily lesson two times.

In terms of grammar, you can turn it off :slight_smile: Will share your thoughts about making videos. We are considering other options in sha Allah.

Noted your concern about hearing the ayah at the end of the lesson. For now, perhaps lower your volume a bit :slight_smile:

As you may already know, we are constantly working on fixes and enhancements, and In sha Allah your experience will continue to get better.

The same thing happens to me and I believe it’s when you set a certain time per day (for me 10 min per day) and you finish the daily lesson in less time than that (like 4 min for me) when you leave and come back it puts more cards.

Perhaps I’m wrong but that’s what it seems like to me.
