Urgent help needed – Profile and progress lost after app update

As-salamu alaykum,
I need urgent help, please.

After the recent update, I was still able to complete one learning session – but only grammar cards were shown, which seemed odd.
Right after that, the app crashed. Now, my progress shows 0%, and everything is gone: no leaderboard, no friends, nothing.

Interestingly, the “Feed” still shows activity from before the crash, so something must still be stored somewhere.

I’ve already tried deleting the app, restarting my phone, and reinstalling it – but nothing worked.

Please help me restore my profile and progress. I’m also worried about being removed from the leaderboards due to inactivity.

Thanks for reporting this. Don’t worry — I’m looking into the issue, and your profile and progress will be recovered inshaAllah. The activity in your Feed confirms that the data is still there.

You also won’t be removed from the leaderboard due to this. I’ll update you shortly.
