Urgent: Unresolved Progress Reset Issue (No Update for 12 Days)

I am writing again regarding a serious issue that I reported 12 days ago, and it still remains unresolved. This delay is unacceptable.

The New Cards progress is not being saved — every time I close the app and reopen it, the progress resets to zero. This makes the feature unreliable and disrupts the entire learning experience.

In addition, the Review Cards section is not showing any previously learned words, which completely defeats the purpose of revision.

I was informed earlier that someone from the development team would look into this matter, but since then, there has been no response or follow-up at all. This lack of communication is equally concerning.

This issue directly affects the core functionality of the app, and it should have been prioritized. I expect immediate attention to this matter, along with a clear update on the status and resolution.
If there is any workaround or required action from my side, it should be communicated without further delay.

Please treat this as urgent and resolve it at the earliest.

  • Are you on the latest version of the app?

  • What is your registered email?

  • Please share a screen recording showing:

    • Completing New Cards

    • Closing the app

    • Reopening and progress resetting

    • Review Cards section not showing words

I have already reported this issue earlier on your official email (support@kalaamapp.com), but there has been no resolution so far.

I am using the latest version of the app, and my registered email is waris4work@gmail.com. I will share the screen recording shortly as requested.

Please take this up on priority and resolve it at the earliest.
