Kalaam app isn't working

I hope you are doing well.My kalaam app isn’t working. I have updated my kalaam app but it isn’t working.please solve this issue. I shall be very thankful to you.Jazak Allah khair.

Here are a few troubleshooting steps that may help resolve the issue:

1. Force Close and Restart

  • Close the Kalaam app completely (remove it from recent apps)

  • Restart your phone

  • Open the Kalaam app again

2. Clear App Cache

  • Go to SettingsAppsKalaam

  • Tap on Storage or Storage & Cache

  • Select Clear Cache (this will not delete your data)

  • Try reopening the app

3. Check Internet Connection

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection

  • Try switching between WiFi and mobile data

  • The app requires internet for the initial setup after an update

4. Reinstall if Needed

  • If the above steps don’t work, uninstall and reinstall the Kalaam app

  • Your account data is securely stored on our servers, so you won’t lose progress

  • Please reinstall only from the official app store

I’m also creating a technical ticket for our development team to look into this issue. We’ve received similar reports and are working on a permanent fix.
