I don’t think it is, although the word وَطْئًا which comes from the root و-ط-ء, generally means to step, press, or walk upon something, in this verse, that meaning doesn’t really apply directly.
The scholars have interpreted وَطْئًا to mean strong in impact- meaning that standing in prayer at night is more intense for recitation.
Thanks, but what I meant was the Ayah translation below. There are some words I know like, layl (night), which is not in the translation.
