Salam. Yes i agree. We really need to get the old formula back. I understand the logic behind the new formula, that we should finish our review words before getting new words, but with only 380 review words, and those words continuing to be reviewed at different intervals, new words will never show up unless manually forced.
I like the previous formula where i was getting 50 review words a day and 5 new words each day. It kept it super exciting.

JazakAllah khair for raising this and sharing your feedback. You’re right, the logic for introducing new words changed in the recent update to prioritize completing reviews first. We hear you and understand that some users prefer the previous approach of having a fixed number of new words daily. We are looking into the possibility of adding an option in the settings to choose between the current dynamic system and a fixed daily new word count in a future update, inshaAllah.
