Same word reviewed everyday for the past week

I’ve had a specific word that I’m getting for review every single day for the past week even though I’m answering it pretty quickly.

Today, that word showed “Review in 2 days”, so I guess it’s finally making progress. But I had to dismiss it within like a quarter of a second, I think if I spent a second on it, it probably would have still said “Review in 1 day”.

I also experience this problem. Some words even though I remember them correctly just keep selected for review by algorithm. Because of this the review words piles up and it rarely suggest new words.
