My practice challenge has been disabled now for about a week or so. I have an understanding percentage of more than 65 (currently above 70%) and have been doing the daily and practice challenge since i signed up for the app. Also I have quite a few Surahs priotized as well.
After the daily lessons I am able to take the Daily Challenge, but right after, it doesn’t allow me to take Practice Challenges and stays disabled with the message displaying that I i need 65% and above understanding (which i do).
Would love to have the Practice Challenge available and would greatly appreciate it if this issue can be looked into.
Wsalam. It needs sufficient verses of the Quran from your vocabulary before it enables. If you mark words unfamiliar, it gets disabled again. No worries, just do some more lessons and it should stay enabled consistently.

I too have the same problem. So I tried learning new words. To add to my confusion the app goes off, without any reason. So I am unable to do both learning new words & word challenge. Please help me fix this.

Sometimes it runs out of enough verses to challenge you on so it gets disabled temporarily. We’re improving this shortly iA.
We’re also investigating the crashes but usually restarting your phone tends to fix it.
