Please create tags to be used on leaderboards. That way my masjid/group which is representing 30-40% of the top 10 in the USA can be represented nationally!
Then create badges for groups in the top 100, 50, 10.
Then more badges for percentage of group participation then groups schools masjids can compete against each other until you get the other functionalities up and running.
