I’m not sure if I’m understanding your message correctly, but I checked both instances of إِيَّاكَ and وَإِيَّاكَ and they’re both spelled correctly and pronounced correctly.
إِيَّاكَ - iyyaka
وَإِيَّاكَ - wa-iyyaka
The pronounciations also correspond with the above, which are correct.
