As-salamu alaykum. It’s been almost a week where I haven’t been given any new words to learn, and instead I keep getting review lessons. In order to receive a new lesson I’ve begun pressing the “learn more words” button after the main lesson. Is there any way this can be fixed?
Wa alaykum as-salam Fadi. We’ve just checked your user data and there’s nothing on our end that would prevent you from getting new words to learn. Try adjusting your daily goal a bit and see what happens. Go to the Profile tab > Study > My Daily Goal and choose a different time. You can also force the learning of new words by staying in the same section and choosing how many new words you want to force. Let us know if that helps!
