There isn’t any close button there
Tapping on update makes no difference neither app is updated not the menu disappears
That’s odd. Can you kill and restart the app and try to tap the update button again?
I tried it but application started to crash every time when it is open

But popup update menu is still there
I looked into your account, and there’s no issue on our end. What I would suggest is going to Apps > Kalaam > Storage > Clear Data
Yeah i did that
And now it’s working fine
I am again facing the issue, but this time even after clearing the app data, the issue still persists.
By the way, MashaAllah, I am noticing changes in the app, which are very good.
To log in to the discussion, I had to uninstall the Kalaam app because when logging in with Google, it redirects directly to the Kalaam app.
Maybe others are also facing this problem.

I can click but it doesn’t work
This happened to me until I realized I had no more space on my phone (since photos and the system keeps eating away at it) so I after I cleared and made some space I tried again and it worked, maybe free up some space if your storage is somewhat full and see if that makes it work?
