I received a notification about a friend request, how do I accept and send friends requests to others?

Click on the link through the notification you received, and that’ll do it. That person should show up on your friends list.

To send a friend request, go to your profile tab, under ‘My Friends’, At the top right, click on ‘Add Friend’, and click on share a link. From there you can either:

  1. share the link via email or other social media platforms. Once they join Kalaam they’ll show up on your friend’s list.

  2. Copy the link and go to your messages tab through the ‘Discussion’ tab. There you can send a message to existing users by entering their username (@name) and paste the link in the body of the email.
