Keeps saying i have friend requests but i have no idea how to even see the profiles or add them back or whatever im supposed to be doing 
Do you have the big update? Then you can see in the homescreen in the bottom “feed” with a red dot.
If you do not have the big update, maybe read the discussion first. Because it is very different, and there is no going back.

Please update from the App Store if you haven’t already. There are a lot of new changes.
