Can you please confirm if the 1st screen shot should read تَتًبِعُ instead of the ي as is also indicated in the usage screen shot, (2nd pic) for the same rule?
And also if the 3rd screen shot should read ‘middle letter has ‘I’ sound as apposed to ‘a’ sound?

The first screenshot is actually correct. The card first shows the basic past tense verb form, and then it shows the present tense form with an added ت that has a shadda on it, placed between the first two root letters. The first ت you see in the past tense verb is part of the root itself. The three root letters are ت-ب-ع.
