Assalam o Alaikum, May Allah SWT bless the entire team for this effort. I wanted to highlight that the english translation for multiple ayats has additional details that are not mentioned in the Quran as per my limited Arabic understanding. Most recently I ready (11:69) there is no mention of “fat” however that has been added along with calf.

You’re right about 11:69, there is no mention of “fat” in the original text and yet it is mentioned in the translation. This specifically has to do with the current translation, and we are in the process of switching it in sha Allah.
I do want to note however, that this added ‘fat’ is not incorrect in terms of the details of the story itself. The source added this information for the reader’s benefit (which matches the information presented in 51:26 referencing the same story and describing the calf as ‘fat’).
