The لا wirhout shadda is the normal no or not.
With a shadda on ل it‘s to emphasize it. Like really not or not at all.
So it‘s a little tricky and I pick the wrong answer often, while trying to answer quick.
The word ما in arabic has got a lot of meanings. One of them is to ask questions. Like
ما هذ؟ what is this

For the third question I do not know, too.

The first one is a bit unclear and was miscategorized. The shaddah on ‘لا’ is for pronunciation emphasis, not meaning. So your answer was right, and it’s on our list to correct and clarify in sha Allah.
For the second one, the partially correct answer is option 1, and it should say: “It is used to ask questions.”
The third one should include the option: بَعْد.

I just wanted to follow up with you regarding ‘لا’ with the shaddah. It’s there to emphasize pronunciation, not meaning. So you were absolutely right to go by the rule you saw, but that rule was placed under grammar when it’s actually a pronunciation feature, so we’ll be updating it in sha Allah.
For emphasized لَا, we have words like كَلَّا, meaning “not at all”, and لَنْ, meaning “will never”.
