Does anyone know why this happens? What is the purpose?

Devs, could this be removed? It impacts concentration and workflow, and unsure of its purpose or benefit.

People have already asked about this, basically its function is to answer the words in the ayah you do not know yet. I think this was added so that people can have their prioritized surahs in the challenge or just so everyone is able to do it at any percentage of understanding, although it is a bit annoying and messes with reaction time and workflow as you said, Insha-Allah we find a solution
