App is making some issues

Asalam o alaikum
I appreciate your hard work in creating this amazing app! The new update is great, but the app is making some issues. When I select Urdu as the translation language, only the interface changes to Urdu, while the Arabic translation remains in English. I would love to have the Arabic translation in Urdu while keeping the interface in English.
And there os more things are not working properly and also it takes so much time for loading.

Please look into this issue. Thanks for your efforts!

Jazak Allahu Khair for your kind response and continuous efforts! I truly appreciate your dedication.

I wanted to report a few more issues I’m facing:
My progress sometimes doesn’t show correctly or decreases unexpectedly.
In flashcards, some Arabic words’ meanings don’t appear, and some cards don’t show Arabic words at all.
In daily challenges, the meanings are sometimes incorrect, and after completing a challenge, points are not added.
Daily lessons don’t complete properly.

I appreciate your hard work, and I hope these issues can be fixed soon, In Sha Allah. May Allah bless you all for your efforts!

Barak Allahu Feekum

Asalam o alaikum ,
Jazak Allahu Khair! Alhamdulillah, most issues are fixed. However, some Urdu translations are not accurate, and the app takes a long time to start—sometimes it just keeps loading for hours.

Also, is it possible to keep Arabic word translations in Urdu while keeping the interface in English? And if Urdu translation could also include English meanings, it would be helpful because now many words we are not commonly use them so its are to understand the actual meaning.

Hope this can be resolved soon, In Sha Allah. Barak Allahu Feekum!

Wa iyyaki! Alhamdllilah, happy to hear that.

Thank you for letting us know about the loading issue. Will look into it in sha Allah. Some devices experience issues that others don’t, and vice versa. So it’s been a little tricky. In the meantime, please reinstall.

Jazak Allahu khair for sharing your thoughts. Will share with the team in sha Allah.

Wa feeki Barak Allahu!

Assalamualaikum sister, all of these issues should be fixed by now. We currently don’t have the option of mixing languages in the app like that, but we’ll keep that as a feature request for the future, inshallah. jzkk for the kind words. Ameen to your duas

Wa Alaikum Assalam!Jazak Allahu Khair.
I understand that mixing languages isn’t available right now, but thanks for considering it for future updates, In Sha Allah.

May Allah continue to bless your efforts, and thank you once again for all your hard work!

Thank you again for the updates! I noticed that in the daily challenges, the Urdu translation of Arabic words is very confusing. The meaning might be there, but the sentence structure is completely broken. I have to think hard to understand what it’s trying to say.

For example, for ‘العليم’, it shows something like ‘wala janny sub hy kuch’ (which is like saying in English: “Knower all is everything”) — confusing and unnatural. instead of ‘woh sab kuch jaanne wala hai’.(The All-Knowing).

I hope this can be improved for better clarity. Jazak Allahu Khair!"

Ah, that’s a great catch. It looks like it’s writing it left to right when it should be writing it right to left. If you read the whole thing backwards, it makes sense. Will fix.

JazakAllah Khair, That makes perfect sense. I look forward to seeing the RTL fix in the next update, InshaAllah. :slightly_smiling_face:

The problem has been solved, and the fix is coming in the next update.

Ok jazakalla hu kher

Asalam o alaikum

JazakAllah Khair for fixing the issue! I really appreciate all the hard work you’re doing and the improvements you’ve made so far. May Allah reward you for your efforts.

I had a small suggestion: Would it be possible to make Arabic learning rules separate, for those who want to focus solely on learning Arabic? This is just an idea, and I understand you have a lot on your plate.

Please know that you are always in my duas. What you are doing for us, providing this app free of cost, is truly valuable, and it will be a source of rewards for you from Allah. This is indeed a form of Sadqa Jariya, and I pray that Allah continues to bless you for all your hard work and dedication.(Ameen)

One more small request: If possible, could you please remove the time limit from daily challenges, or maybe add a practice mode? That way, we can go over them multiple times just for learning, even if we don’t earn points. In sha Allah, this would be really helpful for understanding better.
