I’ve really liked the function where I can write out my answers when reviewing or learning new words and then get feedback based on whether I was completely right, partially right or wrong. However, something with the lasted update messed this up for me. Now, when I’ve written an answer, the feedback shows up for only a short time and then disappears as soon as the next word comes up. Before, it stayed on the screen until I pushed it away, which gave me time to actually read it. Now it disappears before I can barely read anything.
I tried the voice function, but the same thing happened: the feedback went away when the next word appeared.
I’ve stopped writing out my answers because of this, and instead only flip the card to see the answer. Which is a pity, since writing out my answers and getting immediate feedback helped me learn and truly remember the words.

You’re right, and this is absolutely something we can fix. In the last update we did a fair amount of work on voice input detection, mainly making it more robust in noisy environments, and as part of that we merged some of the answer feedback handling. That’s why the feedback card now clears the moment the next word loads instead of waiting for you to dismiss it.
Your point stands: the feedback is only useful if it stays long enough to read. We’ll bring that behaviour back in the next update.

I just came on here to make a similar suggestion just like this. As Moa said, us being able to see the feedback for a long time and removing it whenever we want is sincerely so helpful.
Otherwise id have to intentionally make an error and press “don’t know” just to try and relook at the answer. That can be annoying.
Perhaps there could be a button in settings to allow you to make the feedback go away quickly or not? Incase some people rather prefer it to go away quickly.
Also to add that I now can’t see the full context of the verse for the word I’m translating, whereas before the update I could. It’s obscured by the box asking for the translation
…Salam, there seems to have been another update but feedback is still vanishing faster than one can possibly read it. It’s quite frustrating because I don’t get the grammar questions right and as I can’t read the right answers I get even more confused.
