Possible glitch in leader board?

Assalamu alaikum, my points were wiped from the leader board but my progress stayed the same. Has anyone else experienced this?

I think has happened once before. There was an error on the leaderboard and it basically didn’t render on the leaderboard but it did for the main progress and levels. It is a small issue, as what counts is what we learned, but inshallah the developers fix it in later updates

Also, my sister tried to enter discussion but her screen was black. After she wasn’t able to discussion. A few weeks ago the problem got worse, she wasn’t able to do her daily challenges, lessons, or reviews, and she had to delete her account. She made a new account but still isn’t able to enter discussion and she sees her old account on the leader board.

And she can’t use her email. It says her email is already in use. She also uninstalled kalaam 3 times. She still can’t use kalaam.

All I can think of is either it’s an issue with the device or an issue with the account rendering (possibly a glitch in Kalaam account being made).

My phone 12 has started having issues where it repeatedly crashes Kalaam but also other apps like photos and messages also had a similar problem. So it could be a problem with the phone depending on the type.

Also it could be an issue or glitch in Kalaam like the account being duplicated after being made. People have had some sort of issues where all of there progress and levels were wiped away and they had to start from scratch, and there are a lot of bugs we might not know of so this could be a new one.

Kalaam has been out for less than a year and the developers are still making some larger updates, but Alhamdulilah the app free and works amazingly. Probably after the next update I think they will fix a lot of these bugs inshallah (and they have been fixing a few for users)

Is there any other information and problems that you’ve come across in Kalaam?

No Alhamdulilah, thank you for your reply. But we are using tablets.

My brother also uses a tablet. He hasn’t had issues on it, although it might be a model of tablet causing the problem.

I think the developers would need to view the account and find out the problem for there.
