New words keep repeating

Salam alaikum
I’ve seen this happen with me for a week now where the new words i learnt fo not come as revision words but again as new words with 3 cards per word and a ‘new’ orange box on the word.

I’m wondering if there is any way to fix this. I also have not markrd these newly learnt wirds as unfamiliar.
