My challenge takes forever to save data

My challenges are not getting saved after I’ve completed them.

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists, it’s as if I haven’t done the challenge at all.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Any suggestions for fixing it would be greatly appreciated

We have checked your account from our backend, and everything appears to be working correctly. To help us further investigate, please try using a Wi-Fi connection instead of LTE. You may also try using a VPN, just to check whether the challenge can be successfully sent to the server.
