Yes, right now you can donate with local currency from within the app by going to: Profile > Become a VIP donor.

Is it possible to donate without having debit or credit card? I know this maybe hard.Actually I don’t have any card,only bank account. Just local currency shown months ago.
How you set up your payment is between you and Apple/Google. They should support all the common ways.
