Feature Request: Letter-by-Letter Recitation

Asalamualaikum,

Currently, when playing the audio of the Quran in the app, the whole Surah gets highlighted, making it very hard to trace the letters while listening. Some of us are learning the alphabet itself and is still practicing putting letters together, so even the word-by-word doesn’t help if the entire Surah is highlighted.

I’d like to suggest to have 2 options:

  1. Word-by-Word: highlight the exact word that’s playing (like karaoke style), instead of highlighting the entire Surah.

  2. Letter-by-Letter: similar to the above, but highlighting the exact letter instead of word.

This would be very beneficial for reverts and new Arabic learners.
