I had a little hint for every word I learned but now they’re all gone with the update. Is there any way to recover them?

Logging out and logging back in didn’t work. I used to have a hint or some research that I did on the word for every word before. It will be really sad if this is lost
If it may not be possible to regain them from this update, is it possible to get them back from the beta version on TestFlight? It could be possible all the data could still be there
Any update on this? Or should I just accept that my notes are gone and move on haha. Either way is fine, I just want to know if it’s recoverable before I start trying to add new notes in
