Actually I have a similar issue aswell, on an iPhone 8. If I’m using the dark theme, only one word shows so I have to switch to light theme then I can see the rest of the ayah ---

Yeah, my phone is default set to Dark Mode, but i like viewing Kalaam in Light Mode, but when i do that, the words (surrounding the sibject word) are white, so i need to turn the aapp to Dark Mode to virw. Or otherwise turn my phone on light mode ---

Yes the phone dark mode is probably messing with Kalaam and it’s own dark mode and light mode since I always use light mode and it’s normal for me.
