# Removal from leaderboard after missing one day

Assalaamu alaykum. I’ve been removed from three leaderboards because of “inactivity” even though I don’t remember missing even one day. This happened a couple of days after the app informed me I had broken my streak. Even if that’s true, removal after missing a single day seems very harsh. Could you please reinstate me on the leaderboards?

Assalaamu alaykum still having problems with leaderboards - have been removed from above despite only missing one day, not able to join another to which I’ve been invited and my awarded score for a challenge seems different to what I was told I had earned (175 not 125 - see pic). Could you please correct these issues? Jazak Allah khayr for an otherwise incredibly helpful app

Thank you for reporting this issue. We are investigating the leaderboard problem and will have a fix soon. In the meantime, your progress is still being tracked internally.
