# Progress graph stuck at one place

Assalam o Alaikum. The progress graph is not reflecting the current status and has been stuck on the same status for a long time.

Assalamu alaikum Asad1,

Thanks for reaching out and sharing the screenshot. We recently fixed an issue with our spaced repetition system on June 3rd that was causing similar problems for some users, including progress not updating correctly. Please ensure your app is updated to the latest version, as this should resolve the problem. You can also find an option in your profile settings to “force new words” in lessons.

Thank you for your support. I can confirm that I have the latest version installed and I’m also getting new words. It’s just that the progress graph isn’t showing the actual status.

Thanks for confirming your app is updated and you’re receiving new words. I understand the progress graph itself is still not reflecting your current status, even with the other fixes.

This seems to be a separate display issue. We’ll investigate why the graph isn’t updating correctly for you and appreciate your patience as we look into this.
