# Only option but no question word appearance

I think u can understand the problem in picture. If I go back then the problem is fixed automatically. But not every time, it’s not possible to going back also going back is time consuming. This problem appeared multiple times.Jazakallah Khairan

Wa iyyakum assalam, and jazakAllah khair for the screenshots. The options load but the question word itself doesn’t render, so the screen comes up blank until you go back and re-enter.

The team is looking into this now.

In the meantime, could you try changing the font from the app settings and let us know if the problem still happens? Some rendering issues of this kind are tied to a specific font, so switching to a different one may make the word appear correctly. If it still shows up blank after the change, please tell us which font you were using and which device/Android version you’re on, that will help us narrow it down.

I changed font From Kitab(default) to ‘me quran’ after u suggested. This happened two times after font is changed

JazakAllah khair for trying that and letting us know. You can switch back to the Kitab font on Android. Once you update to the latest version of the app (the one with the new Circles feature), you shouldn’t face this blank screen issue anymore, in sha Allah. Please let us know if it happens again after updating!
