# App glitched and wiped my progress

Logged in couple days ago to find out my progress was wiped out. I had reached almost 80% understanding of the Quran. The “show familiar words” section still showed all the words I’d learned so far but the overall progress was shown to be under 3%. Explain this?

I had to retake the Arabic level test to get back up to 80% but the Surahs I had reached 100% on aren’t at 100% anymore. So I get “new words” from them that I already know

Same thing happened with me i was like 63% and now it showing me to start all over again and on leadboard my points are shown as zero.

Going from 0% to your old percantage helps revision + it doesn’t take u even half the time per day if u learned properly
